Responsibilities
- Part-Time Position – Up to 20 hours per week
- Assist the Office Manager with bookkeeping and administrative tasks
- Work in a small office with a positive and professional environment
- Maintain accurate financial records and organize bookkeeping processes
- Liaise effectively with our outsourced accounting office to ensure smooth operations
- Assist the office manager with various administrative tasks as required
- Manage financial transactions and ensure all data is correctly recorded
- Prepare regular reports to keep management informed of financial standings
Your Profile
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in bookkeeping tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal team members and external partners
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software and financial data management
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize duties efficiently
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle varying administrative tasks
- Looking to obtain permanent residency or Australian nationality
