Description
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors to the practice. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and providing excellent customer service. You will also assist with billing, processing insurance information, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a medical or health care setting, be highly organised, and have a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Key responsibilities:
