Description:

- Assist with the implementation and management of Enerven's WHS Management System
- Provide advice in accordance with relevant WHS legislation, Australian Standards, directives, processes, procedures and guidelines;
- Conduct safety & environmental risk assessments;
- Ensure mitigation processes for identified hazards are in place and communicated;
- Conduct audits, inspections and observations in accordance with project scope;
- Monitoring of contractors and adherence to client requirements
- Facilitate, develop and provide relevant safety information and communications to site leadership team for toolbox briefings, inductions and prestart briefings;
- Conduct incident investigations, undertake WHS reporting and project analysis.
- Provide monthly reports as required by project, client and Leader
- Diploma in WHS and/or the equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience
- Current drivers licence – car
- Experience working in the electrical and telecommunications industries is desirable
- Current First Aid Certificate (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices, preferably within the energy and infrastructure industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams at all levels.
