Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our team in a fast-paced environment.You will have so much variety and development in this role from demand analysis, design,development, maintenance, and ongoing support. What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and test new software and applications, ensuring they meet company standards and functional requirements.
- Engage in rigorous code reviews to maintain high-quality code and integrate best practices.
- Perform rigorous testing, debugging, diagnosis, and correction of errors and faults in applications programming language.
- Provide ongoing post-deployment support such as debugging issues, software improvement upgrades and enhance features based on user feedback.
- Compile comprehensive documentation of system requirements, ensuring traceability and regulatory compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in technology, applying these advancements to existing and new projects to improve efficiency and user experience.
Essential Knowledge and Skills
- Relevant tertiary degree in Software Engineering or other related discipline
- 3-5 years of work experience in a software engineer or a similar role
- Demonstrated experience collaborating within IT teams
- Proficiency in multiple software languages
- Strong analytical skills to solve various issues
