Description:
- Manage day-to-day accounts
- Setting up new customers and suppliers
- Sending invoices out to customers
- Liaising with suppliers and customers, first point of contact
- Maintain an organised and streamlined system
- Provide administrative support across all departments
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Handle queries from managers and staff regarding finance
Requirements:
A successful Accounts / Admin should have:
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office and MYOB (training provided)
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong minded individual
Conditions:
- A competitive salary package of $60,000 - $75,000 + super, commensurate of experience
