Our client, a leader in the supply chain industry, is seeking an experienced Customer Support Officer to join their team for a temporary assignment of 4-6 weeks. This role is ideal for someone with strong NetSuite experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. As a key point of contact, you will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems proactively, and use NetSuite efficiently will be crucial to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional service.
  • Process and manage orders in NetSuite, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee the Orders inbox, prioritizing and addressing queries as they arise.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
  • Manage product-related inquiries and provide customers with accurate information.
  • Process returns, issue credits, and ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns.
  • Identify and troubleshoot order discrepancies, working proactively to minimize errors.
  • Assist with bulk order coordination and support logistics-related tasks.
About You
  • Required to have NetSuite System expereince
  • Experience in a customer service or order processing role.
  • Strong proficiency in NetSuite is essential for success in this position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can manage and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Customer-focused with a results-driven approach.
