Part Time Policy and Compliance Officer

  • Immediate start date
  • Offers part-time flexibility while providing a meaningful opportunity to contribute to governance and compliance excellence
  • Temporary role for 6 months/18 hours per week

The Opportunity

Join a dynamic team and contribute to the development and alignment of policies within a regulatory framework. We are seeking a highly skilled Policy and Compliance Officer (AO6) to support policy review, compliance, and best practice implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and update existing policies to align with best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with new legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain an inventory and policy register.
  • Draft and revise policies in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with two existing Compliance and Legal team members.

About You

  • Strong understanding of Queensland Government and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience in policy projects and regulatory compliance.
  • Methodical and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and AI-driven productivity tools.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
