The product plays a crucial role in improving transparency and efficiency for communities across the state.
ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Technical Business Analyst, you will work closely with developers, solution architects, and key stakeholders to define business requirements, support integration with the Pega platform, and contribute to the Agile delivery process. Your role will be essential in ensuring seamless functionality, driving continuous improvement, and delivering a high-impact digital solution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading requirements sessions and guiding stakeholders through process steps and objectives
- Collaborating with BAs, Solution Architects, and Developers to set standards and best practices
- Performing technical business analysis to align requirements with Pega platform capabilities
- Facilitating design workshops and ensuring smooth integration with interfacing applications
- Managing scope, risks, and backlog refinement in an Agile environment
- Ensuring requirements traceability and contributing to test strategy development
- Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and user story creation for enterprise applications
- Knowledge of Pega v8+ and Pega frameworks (desirable)
- Ability to facilitate workshops and effectively engage stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment
