The Mental Health and AOD Service at the Mackay Community Health Centre is seeking applications for an Administration Officer (Community Mental Health) to join their team on a casual basis.

Your opportunity
To provide high quality and effective administrative support to health professionals and customer service to mental health consumers and their family members and supports within the triage service of the Mental Health & AODS Division.
About the Team
The Mental Health and AOD Service is comprised on eight clinical teams across the MHHS. The Mental Health Service is responsible for the provision of comprehensive, specialised mental health assessment and treatment services across the age-spectrum for people with severe and complex mental health problems. Our services aim to be consumer focused and recovery orientated and are provided in a variety of setting including community, an acute inpatient unit, hospitals and emergency departments.

Mackay Hospital and Health Service has 6 hospitals, 2 multi-purpose health services and 4 community health centres that employ more than 3,700 staff. The district covers an area of approximately 90,000km2 and provides services to patients and their families in Bowen, Cannonvale, Clermont, Collinsville, Dysart, Glenden, Mackay, Middlemount, Moranbah, Proserpine and Sarina.
