We're looking for a talented administrator to provide support to our People & Culture team working Thursdays and Fridays, with the ability to pick up additional hours to assist with leave coverage.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Timely recruitment and onboarding processes in liaison with the People & Culture Coordinator and department managers
- Assist with embedding clear processes and procedures for our new recruitment and onboarding system
- Collaborate with our People & Culture Coordinator on HR initiatives, keeping up to date with best practice recruitment practices and looking at ways to be innovative in how we work
- Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers
