About the role
We have a position available on a full-time basis to deliver Specialist Positive Behaviour Support, based at our Salisbury Office.

As a PBS Practitioner at Novita, you will be part of a passionate, dynamic, and supportive multidisciplinary team with strong leadership and comprehensive internal training opportunities.
Candidates will be well supported through orientation to Novita's PBS service delivery models and provided regular supervision from an experienced practitioner. Novita also provides frequent opportunities to connect with the broader team for peer support and learning.

Skills And Experiences
About you
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:
- tertiary qualifications in allied health e.g., Developmental Education, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology Science, Behavioural Science or related discipline and/or post graduate certificate in Positive Behaviour Support
- registration with, or willingness to apply to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Specialist Behaviour Practitioner
- self-assessed and supervisor-endorsed at Core Practitioner level or above preferred
- minimum 12 months experience as a PBS Practitioner working within the NDIS PBS Capability Framework
- ability to work independently within the scope of the role
- alignment with Novita’s ICARE values

- ability to communicate effectively with clients, family members, colleagues, and managers
- ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team

- valid driver’s licence and willingness to use own vehicle for travel

Remuneration Package and Benefits
Total remuneration package includes base salary, annual leave loading and statutory superannuation contribution. Enjoy salary packaging up to $15,900 of your salary, increasing your take-home pay by approximately $5,000. Further salary-packaging benefits available include meal and entertainment expenses, accommodation and venue hire, private novated leasing and additional superannuation contributions.
