About the role
You will be responsible for providing project and reporting support for the successful delivery of Co-operative Education Initiative for Federation TAFE to meet current and emerging skills needs and the strategic objectives of Federation University Australia. The position will also provide specialised administrative and stakeholder communications support to the Manager, TAFE Strategic Initiatives, playing a key role to the successful outcome of projects.
You will:

coordinate project administration;

develop and maintain accurate records and provide regular update to Manager, TAFE Strategic Initiatives;

coordinator and participate in project and working party meetings; and

develop template and establish standard mechanisms for regular collection of data
About you
You will possess demonstrated experience in providing high level project support including the ability to coordinate end-to end projects, working within a project management framework and familiarity with a range of project management tools.
You will possess:

demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills;

demonstrated constructive interpersonal and communication skills;

the ability to work both independently and in a team-orientated collaborative environment;

advanced ICT competency and the ability to utilise a full range of software packages.
