Regional Technical Managers – CEX & Home Solutions Australia

With an industry- leading range of electrification products, the Haier product suite delivers an advanced home ecosystem to the Australian market.
Home Solutions provides end-to-end services from energy consultancy, system design, products, connected ecosystems, and after sales service and support. Our offering includes solar, energy storage, air conditioning, ventilation, and water heating.
The opportunities
We now have two unique opportunities for Regional Technical Managers who will build, train and maintain the Customer Experience authorised network across Australia focused on Air Conditioning, Hot Water and Solar. The clear goal is to strategize and execute this function to be the most consumer centric it can be, delivering a seamless customer experience through our service centre and install partner model.
We are open to where the two roles can be located but envisage splitting the Australian State markets more or less equally.
What are we looking for?
This is a great opportunity for our existing talent to step up. You’ll be an experienced senior technician and have knowledge across our HVAC, Hot Water and Solar product suite. Where required training will be provided. Known for your exceptional customer focus and understanding of our leading goals in this area, you are well equipped with professional and personal attributes to influence others towards a common goal. When our service centres win, we all win. Working with sales, product specialists, authorised service centres, and other key stakeholders, you will leverage the relationships you already have across the business to ensure you’re able to implement an effective operating model quickly. Your ability to communicate and influence will help you to deliver exceptional outcomes.
