What We Ask From You:

You must be an Australian citizen to apply. Must be familiar with Wordpress sites, plug-ins, especially WOO Commerce or something similar.
Day-to-Day Expectations:
- This is a hybrid position , primarily remote, with access to the BMS Hub during designated hours.
- Expected to attend the hub at least one hour per week on a predetermined day/time for team meetings.
- As a content creation non-profit, every role has opportunities for growth across multiple areas.
- We value learning, growth, and contribution , and encourage you to share your time and energy in return.
Hours:
- Minimum one hour per week , with flexible scheduling.
- Your efficiency determines your workload—complete your role in one, three, or ten hours at the required standard, and you’re good to go.
- Want more hours? We’ll find them for you!
- Opportunities to attend events, travel, and connect with clients who need your services—plus support to help you succeed in these roles.
What We Offer:
- Compensation: Pathway to receive ~$780 per fortnight (plus a $300 one-off payment for necessary tools) if you meet the criteria.
- If you have the skills but don’t meet the criteria, we have options—though they may require some patience.
- Trial Period: Up to 9 months , after which you can choose to continue your business or transition into a part-time or full-time role .
- Ongoing Training & Mentorship: Access to business mentors, teachers, trainers, and experts in various fields—ready to help at the touch of a button.
What We Are NOT Looking For:
We don’t do negativity. No “I can’t,” “I didn’t,” or “I don’t know.” We want “How can I?” “How will I?” “How can I find a way to learn?” And if you don’t know? Just ask!

- What you liked most about the content you watched and listened to.
- How you could add value to the cause.
- How your skills and strengths will contribute to this role.
This role requires out-of-the-box thinking. That’s why we haven’t provided links to our content—you’ll need to find it yourself. We’re looking for self-starters who are excited to use their creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to reach us. A web developer might assess our website, while a videographer might analyse our social media posts. Show us how you think!
Interview Process:
- Group interviews will be held regularly for multiple positions at an off-site friendly café or other accommodating venue. Details will be provided upon completion of the application process.
- We are hiring ASAP , but external factors sometimes cause delays—your start date will depend on when you apply. This is your time!
- Please note: We are in the process of upsizing the BMS Hub and are waiting for the right venue to appear.
