About the Role:
As a Business Analyst specializing in SIS implementation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and optimization of their educational technology systems. You will work closely with stakeholders across the institution to gather requirements, analyze processes, and drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and document detailed business requirements related to SIS implementation.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop functional specifications and user stories to guide the development and configuration of the SIS.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of the SIS.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training to end-users.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SIS.
- Contribute to the development of project documentation and training materials.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on SIS implementation within the education sector.
