Bistrot d’Orsay is a 50 seat restaurant in the heart of the city, which has been operating for 28 years and is well established in Melbourne’s dining establishments.
We are currently looking for a casual chefs than will be around 20 to 35 hours a week over a 3 - 5 days period, with the possibility of a full time position.
The individual must have had experience in a similar establishment working with Mediterranean/French cuisine. Be able to work within a team of Chefs within a harmonious environment with front and back of house.
The role will involve working on Larder, Pans and Grill while training within a very established system of kitchen operations. All food is delivered fresh on a daily basis, and prepared and cooked on premises.
This position has some flexibility within the hours to suit individuals.
