Your New Role
Working alongside a highly regarded corporate partner, this role will see you exposed to a range of industries including aviation, transport, tourism and hospitality as well as infrastructure and real estate. As a senior member of the team, you will take a lead role in complex transactions such as capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, specialised commercial agreements and service contracts.
