With a growing portfolio and exciting projects in the pipeline, they work on projects up to $10 million and are looking to add a skilled and driven Contracts Administrator to their team in Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer contracts from project initiation through to completion, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Manage project budgets, variations, and cost tracking for projects up to $10 million.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Oversee procurement processes and assist with project scheduling.
- Handle project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and variations.
- Work closely with the project team to resolve any contractual or project-related issues.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator, ideally within the fitout or commercial construction sectors.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and construction industry standards.
- Demonstrated experience in managing contracts, budgets, and procurement for projects up to $10 million.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with relevant software and project management tools (Estimate1, costx, buildsoft).
