Parts Interpreter positions avaiable In these role, you will utilize your expertise to ensure accurate parts interpretation, exceptional customer service, and sales. Key Responsibilities:

Interpret customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and accessories. Utilize technical knowledge to advise on parts compatibility and availability. Drive sales through proactive customer engagement and relationship building.

Lead and mentor a team of parts interpreters, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with suppliers. Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory levels.

Provide outstanding customer service, resolving inquiries and issues promptly. Requirements: Proven experience as a

Parts Interpreter with a strong background in sales and leadership within the automotive industry. In-depth knowledge of automotive parts, components, and systems. Demonstrated sales acumen with a track record of achieving targets.

Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computerised parts catalogues and inventory management systems

Preferred Qualifications: Certification or formal training in automotive parts interpretation or related field. Experience with premium brands or luxury vehicles.

Prior experience in a senior or leadership role within a parts department.
