Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee major building and roofing improvements at a manufacturing site in Brisbane. This contract role will require strong communication, planning, and coordination skills to ensure the successful execution of works while minimising disruptions to site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate tenders and oversee contractor selection and management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.
- Monitor project progress, report on milestones, and address any issues proactively.
- Ensure quality control and timely project completion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management within construction or industrial environments.
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, and project phases.
- Familiarity with tendering processes and contract management.
- Excellent problem-solving and risk management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
