We're seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development professional to join our team on the vibrant Gold Coast & Northern Rivers Region. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company and play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across the region.

Territory: Based in the Gold Coast/Northern Rivers Region

Products: Has sound knowledge of the Beer, Spirits & RTD industry, category & products.

As our Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind expanding our market reach and driving sales for our exceptional portfolio of brands. You will develop and execute innovative sales strategies to attract and acquire new clients, while cultivating strong relationships within the industry.

Your Impact:

As our Sales Executive, you'll be the driving force behind expanding First Sip Group's presence on the Gold Coast/Northern Rivers. Here's how you'll make a tangible difference:

  • Pioneer New Partnerships: You'll be the architect of our growth, actively identifying and securing new business across a vibrant mix of venues – from bustling bars and lively clubs to renowned restaurants and thriving bottle shops.
  • Craft Winning Strategies: You'll design and execute impactful sales strategies, turning market insights into tangible results and exceeding sales targets.
  • Build Lasting Connections: You'll nurture and cultivate strong, enduring relationships with clients, becoming their trusted beverage partner through exceptional service and genuine engagement.
  • Uncover Market Opportunities: You'll be our eyes and ears on the ground, analysing market trends, understanding customer needs, and staying ahead of the competition to unlock new avenues for growth.
  • Drive Sales Through Action: You'll masterfully utilise a range of sales techniques, from compelling in-person presentations to engaging events, to close deals and build momentum.
  • Provide Insightful Reporting: You'll contribute to our overall sales strategy by providing regular, data-driven sales reports and insightful feedback.
  • Own Your Territory: You'll strategically manage your assigned territory, maximising its sales potential and establishing First Sip Group as the premier beverage partner.

Your Profile: The Ideal First Sip Group Sales Executive

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for a self-motivated sales professional who is passionate about building brands and driving growth. You'll be a key player in our dynamic team, making a significant contribution to our success. Extensive travel within the Gold Coast/Northern Rivers region is required.

We’re looking for a high-energy individual who brings:

  • Proven Sales Success: A minimum of 2 years of demonstrable achievement in sales, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: A passion for brand development and a keen understanding of the beer, spirits, and RTD market with a RSA license. ( Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate)
  • Driving Force: A valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a willingness to travel extensively within the Gold Coast/Northern Rivers.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and advanced computer skills for efficient sales management.
  • Strategic Sales Acumen: Strong knowledge of sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Relationship Mastery: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, coupled with exceptional time management and organisational abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: A self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
