About the Role...
We’re growing fast in the Central Queensland Region and are excited to offer an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Rockhampton.
This role is all about helping customers create spaces they’ll love—whether they’re builders managing new projects or homeowners planning renovations and lifestyle upgrades.
As the first point of contact in our showroom, you’ll provide expert advice on Bradnam’s products, support project planning, and guide customers through the process of choosing windows and doors that suit their style and functional needs.
You’ll also collaborate closely with our Sales Representatives to interpret building plans, generate quotes, and deliver a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming customers into the showroom and helping them choose the right Bradnam’s products for their projects.
- Supporting builders, renovators, and homeowners with product advice and technical information.
- Reading and interpreting building plans and accurately entering data into quoting systems.
- Building trusted relationships by providing timely, professional, and friendly service.
- Becoming a product expert and trusted advisor to support customers through every step of their journey.
