About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Insurance Supervisor/Estimator to join our team in the Brisbane area. This role is essential in overseeing insurance assessments and estimations, providing expertise to ensure efficient project management and customer satisfaction. You will play a vital role in managing claims, coordinating teams, and ensuring quality control across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site assessments and provide accurate repair cost estimations.
- Supervise insurance claims, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for project delivery.
- Maintain project documentation and communicate progress with stakeholders.
- Oversee quality control to ensure repairs meet required specifications.
- Experience: Proven experience as a supervisor or estimator in the insurance or construction industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes and estimation tools.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients and teams.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail for accurate assessments and quality control.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel around Brisbane and surrounding areas
