We’re hiring: 2 x Experienced Estimators – 1 Senior Estimator and 1 Junior Estimator

Join a well-established Tier 2 construction company specializing in industrial builds and refurbishments . Due to continued growth, we have immediate opportunities for two experienced estimators and one junior estimator to join our dynamic team.

1. Experienced Estimator – $150K - $190K + Super

We’re looking for a highly skilled estimator with at least 5 years of experience in the industrial/commercial sector. Ideally, you have expertise in both Design & Construct (D&C) and Hard Dollar estimating .
Key Requirements:
✅ Minimum 5 years of industrial/commercial estimating experience
✅ Strong knowledge of D&C and Hard Dollar methodologies
✅ Ability to price and tender mid-to-large scale projects
✅ Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
✅ Strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

1. Junior Estimator – $80K - $100K + Super

Looking to grow your estimating career with an industry leader? We are offering an exciting opportunity for a graduate with 1-2 years of experience to develop their skills in a fast-paced, supportive team .
Key Requirements:

✅ Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
✅ 1-2 years of experience in estimating industrial/commercial projects
✅ Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
✅ Exposure to estimating software (preferred but not essential)
✅ Great communication and teamwork skills
