Our SASH Gold Coast team is seeking a full time Operations Support Officer to assist in the day-to-day running of the hospital, taking your existing operations support experience to a new level and creating a career with us!This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your procurement, rostering and facilities management skills, whilst being supported by a wider leadership team as well as centralised People & Culture, Finance, IT and Procurement teams, based at our Gold Coast facility.
- Support the Hospital Director and Operations Manager with daily troubleshooting of issues to ensure minimal impact to the day-to-day running of the hospital
- Support People & Culture and Operations Manager with any administrative onboarding and induction of all new SASH team members to the GC hospital
- Work closely with the wider hospital team to monitor and maintain hospital equipment and ensure a safe, secure, clean working environment
- Supporting smooth communication between SASH hospitals
- Support aligned business units to optimise specialist diaries using planning guides in EzyVet software
- Champion process improvement as a key member of the operations team
- Partnering with the facilities, procurement and finance managers for stock management across the hospital
- Partner with the Operations Manager to purchase CAPEX equipment and consumable stock
- Own CUBEX ordering, stock take and management of hospitals inventory.

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar, fast paced administration role.
- Strong time management and personal organisational skills
- Strong self-motivation and a desire to be the best you can be.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
