My client is a globally recognised women's fashion brand, looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join their dynamic and collaborative Digital Marketing team!This role will focus on leading and executing performance marketing strategies across paid social, search, affiliates, and other digital channels, driving brand growth in key markets (US, UK, AU). You’ll play a crucial role in optimising media spend, ensuring a premium brand experience, and identifying growth opportunities through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the performance marketing strategy across search, social, and affiliate platforms
Manage the monthly media buying budget, ensuring efficiency across all key markets
Optimise campaigns using key performance metrics (ROAS, NC ROAS, MER)
Stay ahead of platform updates & beta testing opportunities
Lead incrementality testing & attribution modeling (MMM platforms)
Collaborate with the Digital Director to identify and implement new digital marketing initiatives
Work closely with vendors & platform account managers to maximise campaign success
About You:
✔ 4+ years of experience in performance marketing
✔ Proven background in agency or fashion eCommerce (essential)
✔ Experience executing paid media in the UK (highly regarded)
✔ Knowledge of affiliate marketing (preferred)
✔ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
