Our client is seeking a Business Support Administrator to provide administrative and reception support.

As a Business Support Administrator, you will perform a wide variety of administrative functions which will include managing appointment schedules and client billing. Additionally, you will also be:
- Providing administrative and support services across the organisation, including appointment scheduling, invoicing (training provided) and data entry;
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date databases and registers;
- Providing professional and friendly reception services;
- Assisting with NDIS-related functions; and
- Working closely with the team to improve internal processes and ensure service efficiency.
To be successful in the role, you will have experience in administration in a services related business and possess:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail; and
- A willingness to learn with a high level of initiative, integrity and confidentiality.
