Performance Marketing Manager

A rapidly growing fashion brand based in Burleigh, specialising in e-commerce and digital marketing. They focus on delivering innovative and high-quality fashion products and have a strong presence in multiple key global markets. They are looking to expand their performance marketing team to drive growth and optimize media efforts.
The Role

As the Performance Manager, you will lead and manage all performance marketing channels across paid social, search, affiliates, and other related platforms. This role involves managing the performance media budget, driving growth, and optimising campaigns to maximize efficiency across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the performance marketing strategy across social, search, and affiliate platforms.
• Manage the monthly media buying budget to maximize efficiency and performance.
• Work with key efficiency KPIs such as ROAS, NC ROAS, MER.
• Stay updated with platform testing opportunities and new beta features.
• Collaborate with the digital director to strategize and implement growth opportunities.
• Assist with managing and implementing new digital marketing initiatives.
• Lead technical implementation projects with vendors and manage ongoing optimizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with platform account managers.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a performance marketing role.
• Previous experience in agency or fashion e-commerce environments.
• Familiarity with executing paid media strategies in the UK is highly regarded.
• Experience with affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Based in the Gold Coast, this is a full-time, in-office opportunity.
