About you:
Are you an experienced Diploma Qualified Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership? Your passion for early childhood education shines through in your thoughtfully designed programming, empowering children as independent learners while nurturing their curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness. Through meaningful interactions, you inspire inquisitive young minds, laying the foundation for a lifelong love of learning.
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience as a Lead Educator, highly regarded!
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- A current Working with Children Check
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Australian Working Rights
- A professional and friendly personal presentation
- Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
- A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
- Availability to work Monday to Friday across all shift patterns
