Are you a Plant Operator?
If you're a seasoned Plant Operator with experience in operating heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, or rollers, we want to hear from you! We are looking for individuals who are proficient in operating their machines safely and efficiently, following site plans, and contributing to project completion on time and within budget.

We are also looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Labourer's to join our clients team. This is a fantastic entry point into the civil construction industry, where you can continue learn valuable skills, gain experience, and progress your career or move on in your career for more experienced labourer's with WZTM and or Pipelaying experience.
An excellent hourly rate is on offer to attract and retain skilled and experienced staff.
We are currently looking for:
- Excavator Operators 5 to 30 Tonne - $39.09 per hour plus penalty rates
- Front End Loader Operator - $39.09 per hour plus penalty rates
- Pipelayers - $36.00 per hour plus penalty rates
- Civil Labourer with WZTM - $35.04 per hour plus penalty rates
- Civil Labourer - $33.39
- Current Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Previous Civil construction experience
- Relevant Civil Plant operating tickets
- Work Zone Traffic Management
- White Card
Fulltime opportunities available for the right person after probationary period.
