What Our Client Offers:

• State-of-the-Art Equipment: Work with the latest tools, including a STRAUMANN intraoral scanner, full CEREC setup, OPG/CBCT, DSLR camera, and intraoral cameras. A trainee lab technician is on-site to handle dentures, repairs, and retainers in-house.
• Comprehensive Mentoring: Gain hands-on experience and shadowing opportunities in:
  • Wisdom teeth removal
  • Implant placement and grafting
  • Patient communication and case acceptance
• Career Development: Our client provides CPD allowances and has previously supported associates through implant and orthodontic courses. New dentists will receive similar backing to build their skills in advanced procedures.

About the Role:

• Scope of Practice: Perform a wide range of procedures including:
  • Dental implants
  • Smile makeovers
  • Wisdom teeth extractions
  • Preventive care and restorative dentistry
• Flexibility: Full-time preferred, but part-time considered for the right candidate.
• Earnings: Above market commission structure of 42%, increasing to 45% for experienced clinicians.
• Supportive Team: Join a 4-chair clinic with the principal dentist on-site 1-2 days a week.
