Position Title: Educators & Facilitators

Term : Full-time/Part-time/Casual (Multiple opportunities - negotiable)

Position Overview

EQUALS seeks to appoint multiple Educators and Facilitators who have industry experience in the fields of allied health, childcare (early childhood education), health, community services, and nursing.

We are seeking capable professionals with a passion for teaching in a face-to-face setting.

You will:

  • enjoy mentoring and guiding students
  • competently prepare and deliver training
  • be prepared to liaise with employers and industry stakeholders
  • enjoy working independently as well as part of a team
  • have excellent time management and proficient IT skills (including with Microsoft Office)
  • maintain a spirit and practise of excellence in both the care of our students and in developing their potential.

Essential Requirements

  • Industry experience (3 year minimum) in the respective field
  • Certificate IV or higher qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • TAE40122/TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (have or be willing to obtain)
