We’re now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our Adelaide training team to deliver nationally recognised qualifications in Community Services.

About the Role:

As part of our growing National Registered Training Orangisation, you’ll play a key role in delivering accredited training in the following qualifications:

  • CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services

  • CHC42021 Certificate IV in Community Services

  • CHC32015 Certificate III in Community Services

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking someone who is passionate about community services and driven to deliver high-quality training and assessments . You should have a solid understanding of current industry standards and a strong commitment to creating engaging and effective student experiences. You’ll thrive in a collaborative team environment and share our vision to deliver outstanding educational outcomes .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver nationally accredited training in Community Services (Diploma, Certificate IV, and Certificate III).

  • Develop engaging training materials and provide ongoing support to students.

  • Assess student progress and maintain accurate records in line with compliance requirements.

  • Conduct work placement visits to ensure students gain practical, real-world experience.

  • Ensure that student outcomes are of the highest quality, meeting both compliance and industry standards.

  • Maintain your professional development and stay current with industry trends and training technologies (LMS experience is essential).

To be Successful, You’ll Need:

  • A TAE40110 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (including units TAELLN411 and TAESS502) or higher.

  • Experience in delivering Vocational Education and Training (VET) , including both face-to-face and online delivery.

  • A passion for education and an understanding of how to engage and support diverse student populations.

  • Vocational qualifications in Community Services that are equal to or higher than those being delivered.

  • Strong communication skills , both verbal and written, along with excellent organisational abilities .

  • A commitment to maintaining your industry currency and vocational expertise .

  • A valid driving license and personal car for work placement visits.
