We are now looking to attract into the college a trainer with outstanding training credentials and a commitment and passion for the Early Childhood Education and Care sector. The role will be to deliver centre based training in centres in Adelaide.

You will have total management of the student learning experience and mentor students with on the job assessment. Ideally you have training and assessing experience but it is not essential.

If you are a Director / Supervisor without training and assessing experience but you have outstanding people skills, we can train and induct you to deliver training excellence - it is all about YOU - the person, your professionalism and your passion for 'educating educators!'

Duties and Responsibilities:

This will require 'above the call of duty' support and a focus on continual improvement whilst aiming to exceed student expectations at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and assessment in CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care qualifications in a network of established Early Learning Centres in Adelaide

  • Workplace assessment and marking of theoretical units in both qualifications

Essential Criteria:

  • Applicants must be aligned with our company values - Professionalism, Team, Quality, Trust and WOW our students!

  • Preferable (but not essential) to have experience with conducting centre based training with track record of student satisfaction and results

  • Nearing Completion or having Completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40122)

  • MUST HAVE Early Childhood Education and Care Qualifications

  • Working with Children

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Self-driven, results oriented individual with ability to critically assess own performance

  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills

  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines

  • Performs well under pressure
