Description

Our client is seeking an organized and proactive Operations Assistant to manage daily operations within their Australian office. The role involves coordinating logistics, including shipping and receiving goods both domestically and internationally, and optimizing operational processes. Key responsibilities include managing customer orders, liaising with warehouses for timely deliveries, and handling customer inquiries. The position also involves managing B2B tools, ensuring their maintenance and availability, and monitoring retail stock levels in department stores. Additional duties include managing office administration tasks such as mail, phone calls, and office supplies, as well as maintaining filing systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proven experience in logistics, order management, and office administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP tools (e.g., SAP) is essential, and experience in lingerie or department store management is highly regarded.

Profile

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.

  • Proven experience in logistics, order management, and office administration.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP tools (e.g., SAP).

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working with department stores and managing stock levels is a plus.
