Description:
Contribute to the delivery and development of a range of interventions and assessments with the purpose of reducing youth offending, supporting wellbeing and ensuring safe return to community. Provide case management/coordination and welfare responses to enhance opportunities and rehabilitation of youth offenders in facilities and the community. Consult with a range of stakeholders to enhance culturally appropriate service delivery. Responsible for the provision of peer support, supervision of case coordinators and mentoring and coaching operational staff. Selection will be made at the P2 or AO6 level depending on the qualifications and/or experience of the successful applicant.
