We are currently working with a well-respected professional services firm to recruit an experienced and motivated IT Support Officer to join their national Technology team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing high-level IT support to a diverse group of end users.

Based in the Perth office, you will work independently while being part of a talented and close-knit IT team, ensuring seamless IT operations across multiple office locations. Key Responsibilities:

· Provide Level 1 and 2 help desk support to staff across multiple office locations.

· Manage and resolve IT support requests efficiently via helpdesk tickets and phone calls.

· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues , ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

· Support Microsoft applications, Windows operating systems, and industry-specific software such as document management and finance platforms.

· Assist with user account management , including onboarding and offboarding staff.

· Coordinate IT equipment setups, allocations, and office moves .

· Maintain and support conference room AV and IT setups .

· Oversee and manage IT equipment pools , ensuring availability and proper maintenance.

· Provide training and guidance to end users to improve IT literacy and efficiency.

· Ensure adherence to IT policies and compliance requirements .

About You: To be successful in this role, you will have:

· Proven experience in a similar IT support role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.

· Strong technical expertise in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and enterprise applications.

· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues efficiently.

· Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

· A customer-focused mindset , with the ability to communicate technical solutions in an easy-to-understand manner.

· Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, while also being able to work autonomously.

· Effective time management and prioritisation abilities to handle competing priorities.

· A proactive and solutions-driven attitude, always looking to improve processes and user experience.

Desirable Qualifications:

· Certificate II or III in Information Technology (or equivalent qualifications/experience).

· Exposure to white collar environments would be highly preferred (Accounting, Professional Services, Legal Services etc.)

· Experience with iManage Work10, Aderant Expert, and other enterprise applications is highly regarded.
