- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Negotiate rates and terms for mutually beneficial outcomes
- Screen, select, interview, and reference check candidates
- Manage and update the recruitment database
- Recruitment experience Blue Collar
- Professional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage candidate screening and databases effectively
- Job Adder experience is a bonus (training provided)
