Location: Macquarie Park, Sydney (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)
Contract Length: 12 months (high likelihood of extension)
Rate: $700–$800 + super per day

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HCM Integrations Data Analyst to join a large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation program within a government department. This multi-year program is revolutionizing HR service delivery, and this role will play a critical part in ensuring seamless integrations between internal and external systems.

As part of the Technical Integrations team, you will work alongside a high-performing, collaborative group of specialists, including integration analysts, SAP architects, and external solution partners. You will report to the HCM Integrations Manager and contribute to designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions using SAP SuccessFactors, BTP, and other tools.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document data structures within source and target systems

Define integration requirements and data mapping for seamless data flows

Develop monitoring, error handling, and security frameworks for integrations

Work closely with solution partners and internal teams to implement integration solutions

Support the development, testing, and deployment of integrations

Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices in integration management

What We Are Looking For

Essential:

Experience with cloud HCM platform integration, such as SAP SuccessFactors

Strong background in application integration, ideally SAP BTP-i

Expertise in data mapping, information management, and data flows

Highly Desirable:

Hands-on experience with APIs, SOAP, RESTful services, JSON, XML

Knowledge of real-time and batch integrations with a focus on scalability
