About the Role
As an Account Manager for Major Accounts, your primary responsibility is to ensure the retention and growth of high-value national clients. You will foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and power users, providing strategic support, promoting new services, and driving business expansion.
Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 + superannuation
Location: Perth
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key client contacts.
- Conducting both in-person and virtual training and product demonstrations.
- Monitoring client usage and providing ongoing support.
- Documenting client engagement and activity in the CRM system.
- Gathering and reporting client feedback and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Promoting additional products and services by leveraging existing relationships.
- Acting as an escalation point for client helpdesk calls and complaints.
- A strong commitment to client satisfaction—supporting clients through rollout and ongoing engagement, resolving challenges effectively, and ensuring long-term retention.
- A client-focused mindset, ensuring business decisions align with customer needs and expectations.
- A sales-driven approach, with a natural ability to identify opportunities and introduce relevant solutions.
- Strong relationship-building skills, engaging effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Previous experience in account management, preferably within legal, searching, or conveyancing industries.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build quick and meaningful rapport.

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
