About the Role

As an Account Manager for Major Accounts, your primary responsibility is to ensure the retention and growth of high-value national clients. You will foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and power users, providing strategic support, promoting new services, and driving business expansion.
Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 + superannuation
Location: Perth
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key client contacts.
  • Conducting both in-person and virtual training and product demonstrations.
  • Monitoring client usage and providing ongoing support.
  • Documenting client engagement and activity in the CRM system.
  • Gathering and reporting client feedback and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Promoting additional products and services by leveraging existing relationships.
  • Acting as an escalation point for client helpdesk calls and complaints.

What You’ll Need:
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Previous experience in account management, preferably within legal, searching, or conveyancing industries.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build quick and meaningful rapport.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
