Your new role
Your new role will see you reporting to the Field Service Manager, with the work being based in Sydney, some regional work will be required.
Your new role will see you working standard service hours, Monday to Friday (7.30/8.30am start). You will be involved in breakdown, installation & repair on a full range of multi – industry compressors.
You will provide exceptional customer service being customer facing daily and reflecting the globally well renowned brand. With the service coordinator providing detailed daily schedules for both preventative and reactive tasks, you will maintain a high standard of cleanliness, and sophisticated reporting on diagnosis and fault finding. Your dedication to safety and commitment to after-hours responsibilities will be paramount, with the rostered hours being well compensated.
What you need to succeed
- Fitter trade, or motor mechanic with high mechanical aptitude;
- Proven background in a service role, compressor experience highly advantageous;
- Ability to work autonomously and confident customer facing skills;
- Be highly organised and have the ability to work across varied systems to report on diagnostics, and overall maintenance findings; and
- Flexibility with the afterhours requirement, and occasional regional requirements.
