About the Role:
As our Digital Systems & Automation Strategist , you’ll design and implement scalable solutions across our digital platforms. You’ll work closely with the directors to identify bottlenecks , streamline internal processes , and embed automation and AI tools that allow our team to stay focused on what matters, supporting those who served!
This is a fast-paced, high-trust environment. You’ll be working independently with the flexibility to shape your schedule and the systems you manage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automate and optimise workflows using Zoho One (CRM, Flow, Creator, Forms, Analytics)
- Design integrations across Zoho , Microsoft 365 , SharePoint , Wix , and other platforms using Zapier , Power Automate , and APIs
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to streamline internal operations
- Maintain and enhance the Wix website and associated embedded automations
- Provide occasional in-person support at our Port Kennedy office for implementation or hardware setup such as Microsoft InTune.
- Work closely with leadership to shape a long-term systems roadmap that supports growth and sustainability
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have strong experience with Zoho One , automation tools (Zapier, Power Platform), and Wix
- Are confident working independently and love solving operational challenges
- Have experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot) in a business or workflow context
- Understand APIs and enjoy building smooth, connected systems
- Communicate clearly, document your work well, and care about delivering excellence
- Most importantly, you want to contribute to something meaningful!
