Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment within a part-time capacity.
As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality medical devices, adhering to company policies, procedures, and QMS regulations.
You will utilize specialized tools and equipment to inspect and assemble small and intricate mechanical components, ensuring the highest level of quality and precision.

- Inspect and assemble small and intricate mechanical components using a microscope and inspection tools and equipment
- Utilize special tools and equipment to micro-blast small metal tubing
- Assemble plastic and metal components into medical devices in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures
- Perform in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and devices
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality, work in progress, test results, and labor
- Adhere to general safety rules, manufacturing procedures, company policies, and procedures
- Support company goals and objectives, policies, and procedures
- 2 to 4 years' prior assembly experience
- Experience working under a microscope
- Aptitude to handle very small components and follow instructions
- High level of hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
- Basic math skills
