The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team in Coffs Harbour . This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service to current customers, whilst building a sales strategy to approach the market to develop new opportunities aligned to branch and company goals. You will also be partnering with key stakeholders across production, transport, and customer service. training will be provided to an experienced Account Manager looking to further develop their career.

You will be managing a portfolio of existing clients across the Northern NSW region. As the Account Manager you will oversee and manage 80+ Accounts and focus on providing exceptional customer service to current customers whilst building a sales strategy to approach the market to achieve branch and company goals.

In this customer-facing opportunity, you will nurture, grow, and strengthen relationships with our key customers, now and for the future. While developing sales strategies you will ensure profitable growth of revenue, margin and market share for our business.

What Will You Do?

Covering the Northern NSW region, you will be:

  • focusing on all essential sales activities such as planning, prospecting, development of value propositions, face to face selling, analysis and development of tactical response to competitor activity
  • adding value to customers business through understanding of customers’ objectives, strategies and goals
  • ensuring customer engagement by providing satisfaction to our customers
  • providing customers with product knowledge across the range of products in a clear, concise and informational manner
  • Participating and engaging in a sales excellence plan

More About You

Along with your ability to understand and uncover customer needs transforming these into improved service offerings, you will bring:

  • proven experience in sales and negotiations
  • excellent communication, planning and implementation skills
  • sound understanding of industry channels
  • experienced with conflict resolutions and providing best outcome for customers and the Lysaght business
  • previous experience using Salesforce desired
