Assistant Manager Ticketing Operations

Australia's largest public museum organisation is seeking an Assistant Manager Ticketing Operations at Museums Victoria.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
The purpose of this position is to support and optimise Ticketing Operations by coordinating the development, delivery, and review of key activities and services. The position is at the forefront of ensuring efficient design and management of ticket sales, revenue collection and reporting requirements for Museums Victoria.

Some of the key duties include:

  • Management and administration tasks for the Museums Victoria Ticketing System
  • Assisting and supporting the Ticketing Operations team.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to understand ticketing needs and priorities
  • Assuring delivery of timely and accurate ticketing creation processes, reporting, and analysis.
  • Contributing to business improvement programs, projects and services.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience in the management and administration of ticketing systems.
  • Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Experience producing reports, procedures, and other documentation, and effectively communicating information to a range of stakeholders.

OTHER INFORMATION

This role is full time, ongoing. The salary on offer is $92,332 pro rata + 11.5% Superannuation.
