**About The Role** - Partnering with stakeholders to formulate and document business requirements for new analysis. - Reporting and communicating customer insights. - Acting as a central reference and information source of stakeholders, providing information and guidance in interpreting data for decision making. - Investigating and analysing business processes and work practises, and their impact on the customer and business outcomes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practises and systems functionality. - Loading analytical solutions into operational practises, applying systematic test plans and quality assurance processes to ensure quality and integrity. - Using data and modelling techniques to identify root causes of issues and uncover opportunities for future state system design. **About You** - Experience in conducting complex data analysis utilising analytical software tools and techniques.
