As part of our wider Transformation team, you will work within a community of technical practitioners and interact more broadly with a variety of stakeholders to deliver on a challenging and exciting agenda. You will be driving awareness and usage of available technology to deliver productivity and innovation across teams. **About the role** You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for business change, technology adoption and develop strategies to drive its implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology trends and a passion for enabling others to leverage new ways f working to achieve their goals. If you are a proactive and innovative individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we would love to hear from you. Key responsibilities include: - Lead strategy, transformation, and operations projects, delivering results that drive meaningful change for clients in the banking and financial services industries. - Deliver business transformations, redefine operating models, execute service design and service offerings - Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to define objectives, manage project deliverables, and ensure alignment with client expectations. - Apply data fluency and process optimisation / transformation knowledge to inform strategy and enhance operational efficiencies. - Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance on best practices and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. - Promote and educate SR&T practitioners on available technology, common tech architecture, general tech tooling, assets, and GenAI products. **Enough about us, let’s talk about you** You genuinely believe your ‘can do’ attitude, energy, drive, and ability to learn are your differentiator. The successful candidate will have: - Demonstrated experience in complex environments - Strong problem solving ability - Experience working with and managing business leaders - An innate ability to influence outcomes and guide the team towards best-practice. - 3-5 years of recent experience in a project management role - Strong stakeholder engagement across senior leaders and delivery team members alike. - Strong project management skills - Strong Stakeholder Management skills – excellent communication ability
