About the Role We are looking to recruit talented advisors across the country (particularly across our East Coast offices) to join our growing Resource Recovery and Environmental Infrastructure team. We are seeking expressions of interest from skilled professionals across a range of backgrounds at various levels: - Assistant Manager - Manager - Senior Manager - Director About Project & Infrastructure Advisory Our Project & Infrastructure Advisory (P&IA) team provides advisory services to government and corporate clients to help them deliver, expand or renew infrastructure which shapes the world in which we live. Nationally, our P&IA team has approximately 100 specialists providing expertise in financial and commercial advisory, financial modelling and analysis, economics, strategy, business case development, and project management. About our Resource Recovery and Environmental Infrastructure team Our Resource Recovery and Environmental Infrastructure unit sits within the broader P&IA team ([Waste and Environmental Infrastructure - BDO](https://www.bdo.com.au/en-au/services/advisory/project-infrastructure-advisory/waste-and-environmental-infrastructure)). This dedicated team advises government and private sector clients nationally on a wide range of waste and resource recovery projects to support clients in the transition towards a circular economy. About the opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including government and private-sector clients, on a variety of projects, focusing on waste, resource recovery and environmental infrastructure. Key responsibilities may include: - Leading or supporting the development of policy analysis, feasibility assessments, business cases and procurements - Developing financial models and wasteflow modelling to support decision making - Conducting financial and commercial analyses based on project objectives and client needs - Preparing reports, presentations, and insights for diverse stakeholder groups - Collaborating in multidisciplinary teams, including internal resources and external sub-consultants - Delivering projects on time and on budget, ensuring client satisfaction - Engaging in business development activities, including client engagement, proposal development, and industry networking - Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationshi
