Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Partner / Senior Search Consultant to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact technical and executive search mandates, build strategic client relationships and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage executive search assignments from inception to completion, including client engagement, search strategy development, candidate sourcing, assessment and placement;
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within the mining, resources and energy industries;
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to expand the firm's client base and service offerings;
• Provide strategic talent advisory services to clients, including market insights, talent mapping and succession planning;
• Collaborate with internal team members to drive business growth and enhance the firm's market presence.

• Proven experience in executive search or recruitment, with background in mining, resources or energy sectors;
• Strong network of industry contacts and a track record of successful technical and senior-level placements in Australia and/or globally;
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships and deliver tailored talent solutions;
• Exceptional business development skills with a focus on identifying and securing new opportunities;
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities;
• Strategic thinker with the capability to provide high-level advisory services;
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
