The role:Unique opportunity for an Administration Assistant to work alongside the Retail Manager and a wider team of experienced industry professionals. In this exciting and varied role, you’ll manage key administrative tasks and provide essential support to the team. If you’re organised, proactive and ready to contribute, we want to hear from you!
The main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Retail Manager with the administration, execution, and management of all tenancy files and documentation.
- Assisting the Retail Manager with the financial collection and reporting process.
- Assisting Retail Manager with tenant management
- General reception duties including contractor sign in & maintaining key register
- Preparing charity licence agreements and maintain register of bookings
- Assisting with Casual Mall leasing, ensuring compliance with bookings and reporting requirements
- Previous exposure to Shopping Centre Management/Administration highly desirable but not essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- General accounts and administration experience
- Strong self-management skills, capable to working independently and handling pressure to meet deadlines
- Proactive and solution-oriented with a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks and reporting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
